1. Agreement

By engaging Maintain AI for services, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are documented in a written proposal accepted by both parties.

2. Services

Maintain AI provides AI agent systems, infrastructure automation, and AI consulting. Each engagement is scoped in writing with a fixed price before work begins.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to grant access to the systems we work on, and will provide reasonable access and information needed to complete the work.

4. Intellectual property

Deliverables created for your engagement are yours upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, methods, and software remain ours.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Maintain AI’s total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
